Reliance Bank offers financing for the construction, renovation and preservation of affordable housing. These loans are available to support investors and developers of affordable housing, and community and economic development in the markets served.
We specialize in lending, treasury management and depository services for small businesses and not-for-profit organizations that provide needed social services to the individuals, families and small businesses located throughout the communities that the Bank serves. The Bank also extends credit to churches and houses of worship throughout the St Louis metropolitan area. Community Development lending professionals are located in each of our market areas.

An example is our investments in neighborhood based Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI’s) to support financial education initiatives and a loan fund that provides critical capital and financial services to small businesses in an underserved community.
Supporting the communities where we live and work has long been one of Reliance Bank’s core values. We work with our community partners to provide financial education classes for adults, students and small businesses to help individuals and families build assets and create wealth.
